1-click Enrichment

With 1-click data enrichment in Nolea, you can find missing information on your contacts, like email. We're using waterfall enrichment, which combines multiple providers (including DropContact, Clearbit, and Apollo) to find the most accurate data for you.

What is data enrichment?

Enrichment lets you populate contact details through third-party sources without leaving the app, filling in gaps like email, company, job title, and URL. Like magic!

How to use enrichment in Nolea

Simply select the contacts in your group that you want to enrich and click on "Enrich" in your action toolbar. Or click "Enrich all," if you want to enrich your entire list of contacts (up to 100 contacts at a time).

Once clicked, the enrichment process can take a few minutes. You can watch the progress on the bottom left. You will see a notification pop up once the process is complete, indicating the number of successful contact enriched. The enriched data will automatically be added to your contact(s) fields with a sparkle icon to help you identify which fields have been enriched.

Fields that can be enriched are:

• First name, Last name

• Emails

• Job Title

• URLs

• Company name

Best practices for successful enrichment

To optimize enrichment results, combining people and company data on a contact will get better results. For example, having both First Name, Last Name and Company URL or LinkedIn URL on a profile, in order to find their email.

Enrichment results will be limited if the inputs are only the First Name and Last Name.

• Is a credit debited if no data was found? No, you won't be charged credits if we can't find data on the contact.
