### Overview

Nolea's AI-powered recommendation system streamlines your talent acquisition by delivering top candidate matches directly to you. By creating customized Talent Lists with specific criteria, you receive daily updates of potential candidates and can refine your search through feedback.

### How It Works

#### 1. Create a Talent List

Set up a Talent List outlining your ideal candidate profile:

* **Job Title(s)**: Specify the positions you're recruiting for.
* **Location(s)**: Indicate the geographical areas of interest.
* **Keywords/Skills**: List essential skills, certifications, or keywords relevant to the role.
* **Data Sources of Interest**: Include specific sources like licensing bodies or industry-specific websites.

**Steps:**

1. Navigate to the **Talent Lists** section in your Nolea dashboard.
2. Click **Create New List**.
3. Fill in the required fields with your criteria.
4. Save the list to activate AI recommendations.

#### 2. Receive Daily Top Matches

Once your Talent List is set up, Nolea's AI searches for candidates that match your criteria.

* **Daily Updates**: Get top candidate matches added to your Talent List.
* **Email Notifications**: Opt to receive email alerts for new matches.
* **Continuous Review**: Regularly check your Talent List for updates.

#### 3. Provide Feedback

Your feedback helps improve future recommendations.

* **Highlight Good Matches**: Mark candidates that closely fit your requirements.
* **Identify Unsuitable Candidates**: Indicate candidates that don't meet your criteria.
* **Refine Results**: The AI learns from your feedback to deliver more accurate matches.

**How to Provide Feedback:**

1. Open a candidate's profile in your Talent List.
2. Use the feedback options to mark them as a good or unsuitable match.
3. Add comments if necessary.
