Upon accessing the AI Talent Search tab in your Nolea workspace, you'll see a database of over 3 million healthcare professionals' records. This feature is designed to streamline your search process through a variety of specific filters, enabling precise candidate identification.
Job Title: Enter one or more specific job titles you're interested in.
Use the exact title checkbox to ensure accurate results.
Location: Specify the candidate's desired location or locations by country, state, county, or city. You can further narrow down the search area as needed.
Keywords: Add specific attributes or qualifications you're looking for in a candidate, such as special skills or specialities.
Paste your job description and we will extract the most relevant keywords for your search.
Data Source: You can choose from various data sources, including public data, social media profiles, and professional licensing bodies, to tailor where your search pulls its information.
Contact Details: Select to view profiles with immediately available contact details. Profiles without immediate contact details can be accessed upon request.
Contact and Company Name, Education: Use this filter to search for candidates based on their affiliations or educational background.
Profile Language: While all profiles are in English, this filter allows you to identify candidates by adding additional languages to their profiles.
Workflow: Filter candidates based on your previous interactions and activities within the platform to streamline your search process.
Viewing Candidate Details: Click on the candidate's card to view detailed information compiled from various sources outlined in their profile. This may include their work history, education, skills, and more.
Requesting More Information: If you require more detailed information than what is immediately available, you can click on "Find details". This option allows you to request additional data about the candidate, which might include deeper insights into their professional experiences, references, or other relevant details.
